Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 8 lbs (3.63 kg) Pilsen Dry Malt Extract (2 °L)
  • 1.5 lbs (0.68 kg) Crystal 60 (60 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Northern Brewer Pellet 8.5% AA (Boil - 60 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Cascade Pellet 7% AA (Boil - 45 mins)
  • 0.5 oz (14.17 g) Cascade Pellet 7% AA (Boil - 15 mins)
  • Yeast
  • Belgian Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1214) (Liquid)

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 68 °F (20 °C).

Transfer to secondary fermentor for 7 days at 68 °F (20 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 7 days.
