Ingredients

  • Grains/Fermentables
  • 9 lbs (4.08 kg) German Pilsner 2-Row (2 °L)
  • 1 lbs (0.45 kg) Munich 20 (20 °L)
  • 0.5 lbs (0.23 kg) Crystal 60 (60 °L)
  • 0.2 lbs (0.09 kg) Roasted Barley (300 °L)
  • Hops
  • 1 oz (28.35 g) Hallertauer Pellet 4.4% AA (Boil - 90 mins)
  • 3 oz (85.05 g) Saaz (Czech) Pellet 3% AA (Boil - 30 mins)
  • Yeast
  • German Ale Yeast (Wyeast 1007) (Liquid)

Directions

Infusion Step: Mash at 151 °F (66 °C) for 90 minutes.

Normal brewing

Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 68 °F (20 °C).

Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days.
