Acerglyn / Maple Syrup Mead

Acerglyn is a mead made with maple syrup or even maple sap. Syrup may be up to 50% of the fermentable sugar in the recipe. The strength can vary (hydromel, standard, sack) as well as the overall sweetness (dry, semi-sweet, sweet). They can be both sparkling, petillant (low-carbonation) or still.
