Oxymel / Vinegar Mead

Oxymel is a mead blended with wine vinegar. Not a common style among modern mead makers, this was historically used for medicinal purposes. The strength can vary (hydromel, standard, sack) as well as the overall sweetness (dry, semi-sweet, sweet). They can be both sparkling, petillant (low-carbonation) or still.
