  • Alcohol by Volume: 5 - 9%
  • IBU: 0 - 0
  • Color:   3 -   12 SRM
  • Original Gravity: 1.050 - 1.070
  • Final Gravity: 1.000 - 1.020

Traditional perries are made with a special perry pear grown for just the purpose of making perry. These pears are nearly inedible otherwise. Slightly more bitter than a draft perry.
