  • Final Gravity: 0.995 - 1.010

These ciders use New England apples for relatively high acidity. Adjuncts such as raisins, molasses and sugars are commonly added for flavor and color. New England ciders are typically naturally carbonated. There are very few commercial examples of New England style cider.
