  • Original Gravity: 1.050 - 1.075
  • Final Gravity: 0.995 - 1.010

Farmhouse or natural cider is a wide variety of cider because nothing is used to control the fermentation process. Sometimes made with wild yeast or lactic acid bacteria. May contain apple pulp creating a cloudy appearance. Astringency may be present in the finish as a drying sensation. Should be naturally carbonated if not still.
