  • Alcohol by Volume: 3 - 6%
  • IBU: 0 - 0
  • Color:   3 -   20 SRM
  • Original Gravity: 1.050 - 1.065
  • Final Gravity: 1.010 - 1.020

French cider uses an arrested fermentation process to produce a light, sweet and lower-alcohol style of cider. The additives used for this fermentation process should not be present in the final flavor. French cider can be still or carbonated.
