Dry Hop Doobie a success.
Next time we Doobie, we need to take daily or weekly tasting notes to determine where we want the doobie to be consumed.
At one point, Sarah noted "It tastes nutty like Walnuts," which I interpreted to mean that the Grapefruit notes had slipped into the Piney/Resiny notes. I loved it until the last sip, but the bright tones turned darker as time when on.
Low alcohol and low body. Not dry, though. All of the hop flavors that we wanted showed up at different times. The berry of the Belma hops only really played until the Cascade dry hop kicked in (about a week in) and then that was the primary flavor. I thought it was going to be lighter in color, but it was good nonetheless.
