-First mash tun cracked at the valve and would not seal.
-Bought second mash tun and it leaked until the seals were seated and set.
-At boil, the temperature was too high and started to melt the hop spider.
-While I was saving the hop spider, the wort boiled over.
-I lost the thermoImeter hook in the boil.
-I cracked the hydrometer test tube.
-I broke the scientific, glass thermometer.
-After pitching, fermentation lagged for 3 days (the smack pack never swelled making me think it was bad).
Notes From April 23, 2013 (Moving to Secondary)

-Swirled yeast into slurry and funneled into the 6 ball jars.
-Placed in fridge.
Notes From May 8, 2013 (Bottling/Kegging)

Great aroma and clarity. Added 4.13 oz of cane sugar to 1 cup boiling water and boiled for 5 minutes to get 2.2 vol CO2 to 75 F beer. Chilled and added to sanitized bottling bucket. Cleaned/sanitized 55 bottles. Racked beer onto sugar in bucket. Collected 4.5+ gallons of beer. Bottled 47 bottles.
Flavor seemed off. Very "watery" and thin.
