Final Review

Yuck. Do not recommend this as a repeat without conditioning in a secondary. Too rushed. Tasted like liquid yeast. Settle that shit out, Mr Lazy Buns!

Notes From Dec. 10, 2012 (Brewing)

Gravity Reading: 1.048

Next time add some 2-row pale/maris otter to the mash. Fermenting in a primary that just had Fat Bastard transferred out. No wash, direct pitch of wort onto yeast slurry.
