Recipe: Lazy Sunday Brew

Coffee and Donut Stout. Fairly self-explanatory. Uses pale ale malt with some caramel and chocolate malts and roasted barley and flaked oats for added flavor and color. Challenger hops. Belgian ale yeast (Safale S-33 recommended). Very dark brown, smells like a sweeter Guinness. Also calls for crushed coffee beans and flaked unsweetened coconut, both optional. Uses light brown sugar at end of boil, maple syrup for priming. Estimated 6.6% ABV.
