Turned out pretty nice. Required an extra week in the bottles before the flavor was right - i was disappointed in my cherry flavor at first but now i definitely recommend it, but only with the proper aging.
Notes From April 15, 2012 (Brewing)
Gravity Reading: 1.043
Did the mash & boil, now waiting for it to cool. Used Hallertauer hops, alpha=5.7%, beta=6.2%. Mash was about 2.5 gallons to cover the grain, then rinsed with 3.5 gallons @ 175°.
Notes From April 25, 2012 (Moving to Secondary)
Gravity Reading: 1.014
Only have 1 fermenter, so I siphoned into the boil pot, cleaned out the trub, and poured back into the fermenter. Looks, smells, and tastes quite nice.

Bottling today. I added some cherry extract and had a little taste test. Phenominal.
