For such a dead simple recipe this beer turned out really great. It's not really as hoppy as I normally like in an IPA. It's more like a pale ale. I think the extra week in the primary helped a lot with the clarity.
It's a crisp and fresh beer. Very drinkable with sweet/citrus hop notes. It has a light hop aroma.

Gravity Reading: 1.050
Quick brew day. One mistake I made, which I've made before, was trying to save time by adding the cold water to the fermentor first instead of topping off after the cool wort was transferred. I ended up adding too much water so my batch size is closer to 6-6.5 gallons and my reading gravity came up shorter than estimated.

Bottled today without making too much of a mess. It has a nice hop aroma particularly because there was no dry hopping. The hop flavor is nice but light for what I think of for an IPA. I'm excited to see how the flavors develop while it carbonates.
