Gravity Reading: 1.090
Forgot to put the brown sugar in batch one, so we put 4 gals into batch two then blended. One was at 1.080. Two was at 1.115.
I'd say an average of 1.090.

Still really sweet. Caramel - that's really all.
I think that I'm going to give it one more week of CO2 and dry hopping on the first hops, and then I'm going to crack into the Mosaic for a second round of dry hopping.
