This was a fucking killer beer. This might be the best IPA ever.
Now, having said that, I think that the calypso that I got is not for dry hopping. It's great for bittering hop, but not for dry.

Gravity Reading: 1.065
Everything went really smooth. Color looks good. I think that the program over sugared the brown sugar and that is the difference in the OG.

holy shit. This is real.
Light lemony or light colored citrus. Not as heavy as grapefruit. Maybe floral. No carbonation, so not much smell, but huge taste all over the palate when swished around. The brown sugar may play to the overall sweetness. It's like lemony candy. Tart and sweet.
