Recipe Description
Ingredients
- Grains/Fermentables
- 8 lbs (3.63 kg) 2-Row Malt (2 °L)
- 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Rye malt (75 °L)
- 2 lbs (0.91 kg) Crystal 90 (90 °L)
- Hops
- 1.5 oz (42.52 g) Pellet 11% AA (Boil - 90 mins)
- 1 oz (28.35 g) Chinook 14.6% AA (Boil - 1 mins)
- Yeast
- American Ale Yeast II (Wyeast 1272) (Liquid)
Directions
Mash at 154 °F (68 °C) for 60 minutes.
TBD
Hold in primary fermentor for 14 days at 66 °F (19 °C).
Transfer to secondary fermentor for 28 days.
Allow to carbonate and age for 14 days.
