Notes From Feb. 2, 2012 (Brewing)

Gravity Reading: 1.066

Heat water with FWH hops to 160 F. Drop in grains. Steep to convert for 40 min, adjusting heat to maintain about 155 F. Rinse grains with top up water to about 5 gal. Heat and add malt extracts bringing to a boil. Follow hops schedule. Cool and pitch starter.
