Final Review

This recipe yielded a solid red. Nothing fancy or unique about it, just a very good beer.

Notes From Dec. 23, 2011 (Brewing)

Gravity Reading: 1.051

Followed recipe without any modifications. Liquid extract is a pain. Used distilled water, instead of tap water when bringing the wort up to 5 gal mark. Gravity reading taken at 70.7 F

Notes From Jan. 4, 2012 (Bottling/Kegging)

Gravity Reading: 1.010

It smells like a red and tastes like a red ale. Gravity reading taken at 72.8 F
