I love everything about beer and homebrewing. I've brewed using extract - and probably still will - but I've recently switched to all grain. It's been a rough start and I'm still getting used to my "new" equipment, ironing out the bugs and just getting a consistent brew day going. I've entered a few competitions just to see how I fare against "real" homebrewers and hope to medal one day. I love almost all of the styles but there are a few out there that I kind of shy away from - smoked beers and sour ales. Since I started homebrewing, my taste buds have become more finicky as I am a former Coors Light and Heineken drinker. Bring on the hops, baby!!!
